‘My baby died after I was ignored.’ More families call for Leeds NHS maternity inquiry

She is among 47 new families who have contacted the BBC with concerns about inadequate maternity care at Leeds Teaching Hospitals ( LTH) Trust says it is "deeply sorry" that families had been let down by the care they received.
