Owner Raghbir Singh Nijjar said someone shot at the building and the company cars parked in the lot.
No one was inured, even though staff were inside when the shooting happened, but the incident happened just under 24 hours earlier.
Surrey Police Service would not confirm that these incidents are linked to extortion.
