Noah Penda , a 20-year-old forward from France , believes he should have been selected on the first day of the draft.
Jase Richardson , 20 , was drafted by the Orlando Magic at No. 25 in the first round.
Penda and Richardson share a lot in common on and off the court, according to team president Jeff Weltman .
Richardson spent one year under Tom Izzo at Michigan State before declaring for draft.
“Having a group of guys that are really confident in how their team already and joining that, [we are] just trying to learn from guys like that,” Richardson said.
