Bodycam video of Ontario murder victim asking for restraining order played in court | Globalnews.ca

Daniella Mallia , 23 , wanted a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Dylon Dowman .
Police body-worn camera footage was also played at Dowman 's first -degree murder trial on Monday .
Mallia cried as she told officers she was afraid of Dowman harassing her.
The 23-year-old can be seen on police body-witness video telling officers her on-and-off boyfriend harasses her.
Video shows him walking down the street, getting onto a TTC bus and going to a nearby mall. Mallia was pronounced dead at the scene. Dylan Dowman has pleaded not guilty to first -degree murder. The trial continues..
