For the first time ever, the World Dodgeball Federation has hosted a world dodgeball tournament for youth with multiple age divisions for players to participate in, ranging from under-12 years to under-18 years .
Players from around the globe, including China , Italy , Mexico , the U.K. and U.S. will participate in games over the coming days in their respective divisions to compete for gold, silver and bronze.
Leonardo Lama , 14 , travelled from Italy with his coach and team members to participate in the tournament.
His coach, Marco Camerani , said dodgeball has been growing in popularity in Italy .
