For the most part, I always feel safe in the Middle East , because the Muslim religion and culture basically forbids the every day person from doing anything bad to me.

Foreign women are not required to wear a hijab or abaya, but some countries require them to cover their heads.
Saudi Arabia does not require foreign women to wear the hijab and abaya.
Saudi Arabian women are no longer required to wear the niqab or abaya, but “both sexes should always dress modestly” according to the Prince.
Most women opt to still wear the hijab because it's symbolic of their religion and culture which they deeply love and are committed to.
