No DEI allowed for US mergers and acquisitions, says the new FCC chair

Federal Communications Commission chair Brendan Carr said recent mergers and acquisitions could be affected by diversity, equity, and inclusion policies.
Carr said Paramount , T-Mobile, Verizon , and Verizon deals could also be affected.
