52% Informative

Beppu is the city with the most hot spring water output in the world.

To make the video, I toured some homes with Hot Springs , so I thought it'd be nice to show you what they're like.

Also, I was able to experience a few of the touristy things which I'd like to show.

This 100 owned 10 was open, but because of COVID , only local members could enter.

This place is called Uno Sato or if translated directly, Hot Water Village .

The other huts have private own sins in them that you can rent for an hour for 2000 or 16 U.S. dollars .

The Suginoi Hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and operates a geothermal plant built in 1981 that has a capacity of 1900 kilowatts or two megawatts .

The city doesn't use the hot spring water for any significant heating or energy generation purposes.

Most water can only be used for bathing purposes.
