Rep. Sylvester Turner says Republicans want to double down on the tax cuts

Turner: The top earners are the ones that benefited the most from the 2017 tax cuts.

Sutter: "This is right versus wrong, good versus evil. This is not a partisan issue. We don't even think that the chair of the Budget Committee in the House said this is a good start, but we are going after Social Security next".
