Rep. Sylvester Turner says Republicans want to double down on the tax cuts

47% Informative
Republicans want to extend the tax cuts from 2017 .
They say if they are not extended and made permanent, everybody's taxes are going to go up.
Turner: The top earners are the ones that benefited the most from the 2017 tax cuts.
The only way that we can pay for that is if we give up Social Security , Medicaid , it's Medicare .
CNN 's John Sutter says Donald Trump was on the phone with Victoria Sparks of Indiana and trying to convince her to vote for the House budget resolution.
Sutter: "This is right versus wrong, good versus evil. This is not a partisan issue. We don't even think that the chair of the Budget Committee in the House said this is a good start, but we are going after Social Security next".
