In Calgary courts: Crown argues manslaughter suspect was active participant in deadly attack of man whose body parts scattered in foothills

55% Informative
Jason Tait , 34 , faces charges of manslaughter and being an accessory after the fact to murder.
Tait was able to provide details of the beating of a homicide victim in his home because he was an active participant, a prosecutor argued Monday .
The prosecution's star witness, who can only be identified as A.B. , had fewer details about the deadly assault on Keanan Crane .
But Tait testified he took no part in the beating and saw the victim being tied up with duct tape.
