Scientists say time travel IS possible - and people already have

72% Informative
Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity proved that time travel is possible.
According to this theory, anyone who spends a lot of time moving at high speed is a 'time traveller' Astronauts aboard the ISS travel around the Earth at speeds close to 17,500 mph ( 28,100 kmph ) Astronauts on the ISS are all 'time travellers', leaping forward into the future.
This is because moving backwards requires bending time and space time.
'In principle, we could make a space-time so bent that it has a hole in it,' says Dr Richmond .
The resulting structure would be known as a wormhole, or a tunnel through spacetime.
However, keeping it stable for long enough to pass through requires 'negative mass'.
