UK hit by THREE earthquakes in hiking hotspot over just six hours

This was followed by a second seismic event at 12:14 BST Monday and a third just a couple of minutes later.
The UK is not known for being particularly prone to earthquakes.
The last really significant British quake was 5.2 magnitude in the Lincolnshire 15 years ago .
