Deshaun Daley was sitting in a friend’s car in a parking lot smoking weed when he was shot at.
Daley said he pointed his gun out the window, thinking he would scare them off.
He testified he was struck four times — twice in the shoulder, once in the thigh and once in right leg.
Rashawn Chambers , Jahwayne Smart and Cjay Hobbs are jointly charged with one count of first -degree murder and five counts of attempted murder.
Chambers, Smart and Hobbs have all pleaded not guilty.
