Uber CEO says changing employee benefits 'is a risk we decided to take'

Uber raised its in-office requirement to three days and changed the eligibility for its month-long paid sabbatical benefit.

The goal of anchor days is "to get as many people in the office as possible," Khosrowshahi said.
Uber is adding 700,000 square feet of office space between its San Francisco Mission Bay and Seattle offices.
The additional space will go toward more meeting rooms and cafeterias, said Krishnamurthy .
