Rick Junior Arson , 26 , charged with two counts of sexual assault, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, kidnapping with the intent to cause a person to be confined or imprisoned.
Arson was already on charge for offences in Timmins , Ontario in April of 2023 , and was convicted of those charges.
He was either before the courts on the 2023 sexual assault or awaiting sentencing after being convicted.
Police believe there may be additional victims.
Arson is set to have another bail hearing this month along with his sentencing for the conviction related to the 2023 attack.
If he’s convicted of those three new charges, that would be four serious convictions.
Police Chief Nish Duraiappah: "The police are here to keep the community safe and protect victims".
