The Cohasset and Norwell High lacrosse teams have a long-standing, competitive rivalry.

The two teams have met in the postseason nine times since 2015 .

"Every year, it doesn't change. It carries down through generations of the high school girls," one player says.

The teams are both No. 1 in the latest Division 4 power rankings.

"Especially with the rankings this year , we really had to set the tone for the playoffs," Pattison said of the matchup. "We'll probably see them again and we know how it's going to go.".
