Four-peat: Jayman Built wins national design excellence award

Alberta continues to dominate headlines by winning multiple awards in the 2025 Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) National Awards for Housing Excellence held May 15 in Victoria , B.C. Producers Jayman Built and Vicky ’s Homes were front runners in the annual national competition held on Vancouver Island .
The only categories not represented with Alberta winners were in Net Zero Homes with companies in British Columbia and Ontario taking the honours. The CHBA ’s national organization has been the voice of the residential construction industry in Canada since 1943 , representing approximately 8,500 member firms. Its membership spans new home builders, renovators, developers, trade contractors, building material manufacturers and suppliers, lenders and other professionals in the housing sector.
