2025 MLB mock draft 1.0: Who will go No. 1 to the Nationals?

MLB Draft Combine ( June 21-25 ) will be huge for some third- to fifth -round type prospects.

The real fireworks for first -round implications will come either in private workouts or in the meetings teams are having to sort through all of the information they've collected in the past year .

Eli Willits and Seth Hernandez are the leading prep options while the college options (lefties Liam Doyle , Kade Anderson ) seem less likely.

Slater de Brun is similar to Corbin Carroll , Alek Thomas and Slade Caldwell .
