Her latest venture is Isshiki Matcha , a matcha-dedicated café located in Manhattan 's East Village neighborhood.
Isshiki Matcha serves between 100 to 300 customers daily between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. , serving fresh sushi to sometimes as many as 150 customers.
