Cadillac has pole, but no chance to win Le Mans 24h – here’s why

Cadillac Jota secured the first two spots on the grid for this weekend’s Le Mans 24 Hours .
Jack Aitken and Sebastien Bourdais were fastest in Hyperpole 1 with the #311 and #38 cars, while Alex Lynn eventually took pole from Earl Bamber in the # 12 and38 entries in qualifying.
No other car lapped within three tenths of the fastest Cadillac in either session.
