Sarah Wynn-Williams , a former diplomat from New Zealand , has penned a scathing new book about Facebook.

She served as a top adviser to Mark Zuckerberg and the Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg .

The book, Careless People , debuted at number one on the New York Times bestseller list.

Facebook's parent company has filed a court order attempting to halt its publication.

In March , it filed an order to halt the book's publication and ban it from promoting it.

Sarah Wynn-Williams describes behaviour far worse than mere women-can-have-it-all hypocrisy.

Sheryl Sandberg personally advises her to hire a nanny who will allow her to work longer hours .

Sandberg has yet to comment on the book’s allegations, but Meta described the book as full of “false accusations about our executives”.
