Trump's border czar says Mexico is paying for the U.S. border wall

President Trump ’s long-standing promise that Mexico would pay for the wall is being fulfilled, border czar Tom Homan said.

Homan pointed to Mexico deploying 10,000 troops to its borders and cooperating on immigration enforcement.

The financial relief and increased border control efforts from Mexico amount to indirect payment, Homan concluded.
