Chinese student who allegedly voted in Michigan failed to appear in court and now faces a warrant for his arrest

Haoxiang Gao , a Chinese student at the University of Michigan , allegedly voted in November 's election.

He faces two felony charges: false swearing to register to vote and trying to vote as an unqualified elector.

Gao allegedly registered and voted from a “get out the vote” station at the university’s “Creative Campus Voting Project,” which was run by Democrats and left-wing causes.
