Trevor Bauer wins lawsuit against woman who falsely accused him of sexual assault

Former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer has won his lawsuit against Lindsey Hill , the woman who falsely accused him of sexual assault in 2021 .

The accuser, Hill , was ordered to pay Bauer $ 310,000 for violating a settlement agreement two years ago .

The agreement prohibited either party from falsely claiming the other had paid to settle, but Hill breached that agreement when she repeatedly claimed publicly that Bauer had paid her.

Hill was arrested in April for multiple offenses, including third -degree assault of an EMS official, public intoxication, driving on a suspended license, disorderly conduct, and animal cruelty.

Hill also allegedly left her dog in a hot car without water.

The MLB didn’t welcome back Bauer after Hill ’s lies were exposed.

Now that Hill has been ordered to pay Bauer nearly $310,000 for her lies, will the MLB finally welcome back this star pitcher? Marcell Ozuna faced a much shorter suspension after actually being charged with domestic assault against his wife.
