Blake Lively Got a Huge Court Victory Over Justin Baldoni. He May Have Already Won Something Else.

A federal judge dismissed Justin Baldoni's $400 million defamation lawsuit against Blake Lively .

Lively filed a complaint against Baldoni in December alleging he sexually harassed her on the set of their 2024 film It Ends With Us .

In January , Baldoni responded by suing both the New York Times and Lively herself, contending that Lively ’s accusations amounted to defamation.

Lively is famous enough that if she wins, maybe that will be enough to satisfy people.

An actual court victory won’t change everyone’s minds, but it would be meaningful.

This “court of public opinion” can still evolve, no matter how much Baldoni supporters want to claim they’ve already won there.
