Supreme Court rules, again, that different standards for discrimination plaintiffs are unconstitutional

A teenage girl has a rare form of epilepsy that severely impacts her physical and cognitive abilities.

The girl's family sued the Minnesota school district for alleged disability discrimination.

The family was told they had to prove that the school's behavior rose to the level of "bad faith" or "gross misjudgment".
