Eastlake, Mayfield Heights leave no doubt about stances on short-term rentals | Editorial

Eastlake City Council has approved an ordinance that will criminalize short-term rental properties in the city.

Mayfield Heights recently passed a modified ordinance which would criminalize anyone operating them with a penalty of up to six months in jail.

Short-term rentals are also banned in Willoughby and Eastlake .
